RETURNS
Drink HRW reserves the right to revise, modify or change this Return Policy at any time with proper notice, and may; at its discretion find against any person it believes is abusing this Return Policy. Any such revision, modification or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Return Policy on Drink HRWs' website. You (the customer) agree to periodically review our website, including the current version of our Return Policy. It is your obligation to review our Return Policy for any such revisions.
We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Some products, are not eligible for returns. We will refund your purchase once the product has arrived at the Drink HRW facility. The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. We only issue refunds, process returns, or replace product for purchases made directly through drinkhrw.com
CLAIMS
Damaged goods or incorrect shipments should be reported to support@drinkhrw.com within 5 days of receipt of the package. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Pictures of damaged goods, manufacturing codes located on the back of the bottle, shipping box(es), shipping label, and order number will be required to process your request.
SHIPPING
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or rerouted. If you wish to set up a return, please email support@drinkhrw.com to obtain an RMA and we will coordinate the process to the best of our ability. An RMA is needed for EVERY return, and we will not be held responsible for rejected shipments.
For Subscription Orders If you wish to cancel your recurring shipment, you need to contact support@drinkhrw.com at least TWO business days prior to your expected shipment, or replenishment date, as orders begin processing prior to shipment. We will not accept returns or refunds on subscription orders that have already begun processing.
